Lowongan Oxfam Calls for Proposal - Consultant for External Auditor GRAISEA II

About us

Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty. That means we tackle the inequality that keeps people poor. Together we save, protect and rebuild lives.. When disaster strikes, we help people build better lives for themselves, and for others. We take on issues like land rights, climate change and discrimination against women. And we won’t stop until every person on the planet can enjoy life free from poverty.

Oxfam GB is a member of international confederation of 19 organisations working together with partners and local communities in the areas of humanitarian, development and campaigning, in more than 90 countries.

Background

The GRAISEA 2 Program is a joint initiative led by Oxfam GB, Oxfam Novib, Oxfam US and Oxfam Sweden and funded by the Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok. The program operates at regional level and in five countries in the Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines, and Pakistan).

GRAISEA 2 will challenge economic inequality and the marginalization of women by seizing these unique opportunities and acting as a catalyst for deep and durable systemic change across the region.

GRAISEA 2 will promote the scaling of inclusive and responsible business models and practices by working simultaneously on three levels:

Producer level (Result 1). GRAISEA 2 will train and mobilize producer groups, women’s rights groups and civil society networks to strengthen their agency and empower them to challenge prevailing economic structures and social norms
Private sector level, from local and regional to international (Result 2). GRAISEA 2 will work directly with individual businesses to develop inclusive, responsible and more resilient business practices. This will include Small and Medium Enterprises, larger processors and traders, and – to a lesser extent – exporters and retailers.
Policy level, national and regional (Result 3). Building on Oxfam’s ongoing advocacy work, GRAISEA 2 jointly with its partners will engage with sub-national and national governments and regional ASEAN bodies to create policy frameworks that safeguard human rights, promote the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises, and encourage the adoption of inclusive and responsible business models that drive women’s economic empowerment and support climate change resilience.
GRAISEA 2 Indonesia will focus its work on shrimp value chain and social importance in the region.
