Task’s Background:

In regard to improve the quality of the public service in Indonesia, the GOI has declared a Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 76/2013 on Public Service Management System, for establishment of National Complaint Handling System (Sitem Pengelolaan Pengaduan Pelayanan Publik Nasional/ SP4N), which is an integrated public complaints management system. SP4N-LAPOR! has since been used as the official platform to handle complaints about public services.

USAID CEGAH has supported important developments of the LAPOR! application, including a comprehensive upgrade from version 2.0 to version 3.0, and the development of Android mobile application. This promotional video would be used for the LAPOR Goes to Campus events that would be conducted by MenPAN in September 2019, as well as to be placed in LAPOR website and other promotional channels, and also expected to be distributed to other government agencies for LAPOR campaign purposes.
