The Role

We are looking for Knowledge Management and Research Coordinator which is the functional manager of the Knowledge Management and Research Team and responsible for implementation of the crosscutting issues; Gender Mainstreaming, Influencing & Active Citizenship and Organizational & Institutional Development (ODID).

What we are looking for

Research and Knowledge Manager

Bachelor degree in Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience (preferred) in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree.
Open and inclusive about learning process; can run with other people’s ideas; willing to consult team members.
Able to meet internal/external development and knowledge needs in an appropriate and timely manner.
Good client-handling skills: persuasive; making the client feel involved, and producing a satisfactory outcome.
Able to think conceptually and provide innovative solutions.Manages projects, and co-ordinates project teams on knowledge management.
Provides specialist advice/training/support to all internal units on knowledge management and particularly on ODID of partners..
Consistently produces excellent creative and innovative work.
Seen as an authority and expert in their field, and a role model for peers and fellow team members.
Excellent communicator who leads in building relationships with key external/internal contacts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong project management skills and ability to take ownership of projects dealing with tight deadlines whilst showing attention to detail.
