WWF-ID is currently seeking for the best candidate for the position of Seram Seas Site Coordinator (SEA Project). This position will be based in our office in Ambon, Maluku and report to WWF-ID SEA Project Leader.

The Seram Seas Site Coordinator is one of the positions in the WWF Indonesia organizational structure, specifically for the SEA Project. Officials are responsible for all program activities including: Fisheries, Marine Protected Area (MPA) and Tourism in the Maluku province. In addition, it aims to be able to provide technical cooperation support internally with other relevant units to achieve project targets/targets in the Maluku region.

Structurally, the Seram Seas Site Coordinator is directly responsible to the SEA Project Leader both in the implementation of the program and operationally in the implementation area. This Site Coordinator also acts as the main coordinator in terms of coordination and cooperation with the parties, in order to achieve the overall Fisheries, MPA and Tourism management objectives in the Maluku region together with its team

Requirements for this Position are:
Minimum Master Degree (S2) with 1-3 years of work experience or Bachelor Degree (S1) with 5 years work experience from Marine science, Fisheries science, Oceanography or other relevant major Experience in the field of MPA development/fisheries management
Willing to work in remote areas with limited access.
