Position Summary

Managing the organization financial by providing reports and the financial situation analysis and its recommendations to the management; provide opinion regarding financial activities for possible investment and strategic inputs that need to be carried out by the organization; as well as maintaining and controlling the organization's finances are managed in a healthy manner and can meet the needs of the organization in the longer term.

Qualifications

Represent the organization interest in terms of building and establishing communication with clients and stakeholders.

Ensuring the management of Asset Management in accordance with applicable procedures.

Checking financial statements using the QBs system.

Conduct financial report evaluations for operations, projects, offices and payroll.

Review the performance of financial staff in financial management in the organization.

Manage procurement and arrange and implement office operations.

Manage/make project proposal budgets, make project management and provide input on the realization of project expenditures.

Check the validity of transaction evidence.

Provide mid-monthly/monthly/quarterly/semesterly/yearly cash flow analysis of the organization's financial statements.

Ensuring the submission of Cash Flow Forecast, Funding Request, Form Request, and Transaction Reporting (Detail Expense Report) in accordance with the agreed standard operating procedures.

Ensure the availability of monthly tax returns based on monthly reports from QBS.

Check monthly reports, including weekly reviews of transactions at QBs, weekly reviews of bank transactions, and monthly bank reconciliations.

Coordinate weekly and monthly with staff in the finance department and management.

Qualifications

S1/Bachelor of Accounting; preferably Master Degree of Accounting
Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience
Preferably 2 years experience in NGO
Ability to work independently and with the team
Highly compliance on the regulation
High attention to detail and accurate
Preferably if have a good understanding of the accounting practices
Preferably if have a good understanding on the project cycle management
Honest
Accountable and transparent
Able to work under pressure and multitasking
Excellent computer skill (Ms. Office)
Preferably understand about Quick Books system
Fluent in English and Bahasa
