Oxford Policy Management Limited (OPML) is an international development
consultancy committed to helping low- and middle-income countries achieve
growth and reduce poverty and disadvantage through public policy reform.
Since 2006, we have been leading technical assistance and assignments In
Indonesia across a broad range of areas, including climate change,
financial inclusion and market development, and social research – including
surveys and qualitative assessments.
Currently, we are looking for two bright individuals to join our Early
Career Programme as Apprentice Consultants. This is a full-time, paid,
six-month contract role to be based in our office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Supporting project implementation *delivered in collaboration with
other consultants. This may include organizing project events, designing
research instruments, participating in fieldwork, cleaning and analysing
data, and others
- *Supporting new business development *through project bidding and
networking
Qualifications
- A master degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field
- At least 2 years’ experience of working/doing research in development
and public policy sector. Candidates with particular interest in
quantitative research, social development, governance, and monitoring and
evaluation are encouraged to apply
- Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, in
both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in
high-paced environments and as part of multicultural and diverse teams
