Lowongan Oxfam in Indonesia Vacancy - Consultant Partnership Model Review (Management Audit)

*What we are looking for*

We are looking for a consultancy work which required in partnership model
review of Central Sulawesi-Emergency Response program. The consultant will
work closely with Oxfam in Indonesia team (Head of Program Quality and
Partnership, Humanitarian Operation Lead) and the GHT team starting from
the design, implementation of the review and the development of the report.
The consultancy work will be 4 (four) months starting from December 2019
until March 2020.

*The Role*


  - Inception report that is include robust design for methodology/data
  collection protocol, targeted respondents, data collection instrument, data
  analysis procedure, report development process and including clear timeline
  by the end of first week of January 2020
  - One or two pages highlight of document review finding. The document
  review/study on document of the existing partnership model. Highlight from
  the literature review to be available and incorporate as part of final
  report development by the end of second week of January 2020
  - Conduct data collection as agreed on the proposed design (interview,
  focus group discussion, etc) to conduct partnership model review in the
  third and fourth week of January 2020
  - Gather, collect and synthesize findings from the data collection as a
  reference for the report development with the data collection to be
  completed by the end of January 2020
  - Conduct data analysis for report development started on first week of
  February 2020
  - Report that include good practice, including which modalities have
  worked and a set of recommendations on how the decision-making can be
  improved and steer for future direction of the partnership model for JMK
  network, as well as recommendation for future partnership model for Oxfam
  Indonesia by third week of February in Bahasa and English.

to elaborate on the methodology.  and request to develop technical proposal
in more depth with the aim of appointing before the end of 2019 to begin
work in January 2020.
