MADANI: Request for Application for MADANI Lead Partner 

FHI 360 hereby invites you to participate in a Request for Application (RFA) for Lead Partners in the following twenty-one districts in West Java, Central Java, East Java and South Sulawesi.

West Java
  
Sumedang District, Bandung District, Bogor City, Tasikmalaya District, Garut District.

Central Java

Klaten District, Wonosobo District, Surakarta City, Boyolali District, Pekalongan District, Brebes District.

East Java

Jombang District, Gresik District, Madiun City, Jember District, Sumenep District.

South Sulawesi

Barru District, Palopo District, Pangkep District, Luwu Utara District, Bulukumba District.


MADANI Civil Society Support Initiative is a five-year USAID project implemented by FHI 360 that works to strengthen government accountability and communal tolerance at the sub national level in Indonesia by improving and sustaining local civil society’s capacity, legitimacy and sustainability in 32 districts in various provinces in Indonesia. MADANI works toward this vision by collaborating with sub national civil society organizations (CSOs) in targeted districts.

The main objective of this RFA is to select a CSO in each of the above districts that will be MADANI’s local Lead Partner. These Lead Partners will be provided technical assistance through a pool of expert trainers and will organize multi-stakeholder Learning Forums on selected themes in their districts. MADANI anticipates providing support to one Lead Partner per district over a period of three years (36 months).

Applicants must be registered non-profit legal entities in Indonesia with a bank account under their own name and be present and actively work in the target district.

Note for Bogor City, Tasikmalaya District, Garut District,Surakarta City, Boyolali District, Pekalongan District, Brebes District, MadiunCity, Jember District, Sumenep District, Pangkep District, Luwu Utara District,and Bulukumba District, MADANI is re-opening the Request for Application, sincethe first RFA in October-November 2019 did not produce sufficient number of applications.  Organization that submitted in November 2019 DO NOT NEED to resubmit.

MADANI: Permohonan Pengajuan Kerja Sama Mitra Utama MADANI

FHI 360 mengundang partisipasi Organisasi Masyarakat Sipil (OMS) untuk mengajukan Permohonan Kerja Sama (Request for Application) menjadi Mitra Utama Program MADANI di 21kota/kabupaten berikut di Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, dan SulawesiSelatan.

Jawa Barat

Kabupaten Sumedang, Kabupaten Bandung, Kota Bogor, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Kabupaten Garut.

Jawa Tengah

MADANI – Civil Society Support Initiative merupakan program lima tahun yang didukung oleh USAID dan dilaksanakan oleh FHI360 yang bertujuan untuk memperkuat akuntabilitas pemerintah dan keberagaman sosial di Indonesia melalui peningkatan kapasitas,legitimasi dan keberlangsungan Organisasi Masyarakat Sipil di 32 kota/kabupatendi Indonesia. Dalam mewujudkan visi tersebut MADANI akan berkolaborasi denganOrganisasi Masyarakat Sipil di kota/kabupaten terpilih.  

Tujuan utama Permohonan Pengajuan Kerja Sama ini adalahuntuk memilih satu Mitra Utama Program MADANI di masing-masing kota/kabupatendi atas. Mitra Utama akan mendapatkan dukungan untuk menyelenggarakan SimpulBelajar yang melibatkan pemangku kepentingan di setiap kota/kabupaten danbantuan teknis dari para ahli. MADANI mengantisipasi pemberian dukungan kerjasama bagi satu Mitra Utama per kota/kabupaten selama tiga tahun (36 bulan).

Para pemohon harus sudah terdaftar sebagai organisasinirlaba yang sah di Indonesia dan memiliki rekening bank atas nama lembaga, serta berada dan bekerja secara aktif di kota/kabupaten yang menjadi wilayahkerja MADANI.

Sebagai catatan untuk Kota Bogor, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, Kabupaten Garut, Kota Surakarta, Kabupaten Boyolali, Kabupaten Pekalongan, Kabupaten Brebes, Kota Madiun, Kabupaten Jember, Kabupaten Sumenep, Kabupaten Pangkep, KabupatenLuwu Utara, and Kabupaten Bulukumba, MADANI membuka kembali PermohonanPengajuan Kerja Sama, dikarenakan permohonan pada Oktober-Nopember 2019 tidakmenghasilkan jumlah pemohon yang cukup. Organisasi yang telah mengirimkanpermohonan kerja sama pada Nopember 2019 TIDAK PERLU mengajukan kembali.

MADANI: Request for Application for iHub Partner 

Indonesia MADANI Civil Society Support Initiative is a five-year USAID-funded project implemented by FHI 360, a nonprofit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally-driven solutions. MADANI aims to strengthen local government accountability and communal tolerance in Indonesia by improving and sustaining local civil society’s capacity, legitimacy, and sustainability in 32 districts in the provinces of Lampung, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Banten, West Kalimantan, and South Sulawesi, to be scaled up to 64 districts by the end of the project.

Presently, MADANI is developing a web- and Android- based application (henceforth known as the “Innovation and Knowledge Hub” [iHub]) that will enable CSO staff to accessand download open-source resources that will build organizational capacities and competencies. Online capacity development resources will include gamified capacity assessments and training modules, tip sheets, simple reading materials and performance data, a directory of technical assistance, interactive question and answer sessions, and a chat function. The iHub should also have the potential for user upload functionality to allow the “push” of surveys and requests for information to users, including project performance data.

FHI360/MADANIis pleased to announce the release of this Request for Applications(RFA) to identify and provide an award/grant to a qualified Indonesian organization for hosting and updating the iHub (hereafter the iHub Operational Partner). This will involve all the various steps necessary to make the iHub and active and interactive platforms, such as collecting and providing material and training resources, allowing for CSO capacity assessment and development, and moderating discussion. The Operational Partner will contribute to developing and maintaining the iHub, and hosting the iHub from 2020-2023 with funding from MADANI. The Operational Partner will also develop a business and sustainability plan for the iHub beyond MADANI. FHI360/MADANI will award and work closely with the selected organization during the process of iHub development and implementation of tasks and activities described in the Statement of Work below. The Operational Partner will work with the technical development firm t
hat is developing the iHub for MADANI with separate funding and that will update it, initially for 2020 but possibly for longer.

The anticipated period of performance is February 2020 – January 2021, with the possibility of two annual extensions. FHI 360 intends to award a grant with a detailed Scope of Work resulting from this RFA to an applicant whose application conforms to the RFA requirements and represents the best value after evaluation in accordance with the criteria described in this RFA. The total value of the Award is expected not to exceed IDR 300.000.000 for Year 1. Payment of the award will be Indonesian Rupiah and the anticipated period of performance February 2020 – January 2021, with possibility of extension.
