SENIOR F2F WEST AREA OFFICER

1 (one) position based in Jakarta


ROLE PURPOSE:

Reporting to the F2F National In-House Coordinator and working across the organisation.

Senior F2F West Area Officer, in his/her capacity is responsible to deliver a highly ambitious market entry strategy focusing on building unrestricted income from the individuals

Key elements of the strategy will include:

·     Promote Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik campaign goals and objectives

·     Maintain a diverse and secure funding base from regular monthly donors

·     Recruit committed donors using face to face technique

·     Expansion of face to face program across the area

·     Developing innovative ways of working

·     Ensuring all resources is used as efficiently as possible and income opportunities are maximized.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential


Proven experience at least 2 years in leading, managing and training Face to Face Fundraisers team, including with some experience of managing staff from distance successfully
Ability to use numbers to support all fundraising decisions and to accurately analyse data
Ability to easily build rapport with a diverse range of people
Creatives and ability to develop new ways to inspire people about an organisation’s work
Ability to transfer skills and knowledge to others
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently
Ambitious, results orientated and able to work in a target driven environment
·       Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of emergencies

·       A full appreciation of the value of co-operation, both internationally and within a team environment

·       Understanding of Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik vision and mission and a commitment to its objectives, values and essential standards

Written and verbal fluency in English and Indonesian
Excellent in working using emails, all microsoft office program
Will be required to travel extensively
