Oxfam in Indonesia Job Vacancy - Consultant for Private Sector Assessment (INT6286)

What we are looking for
We are looking for an individual research consultant or research organisation that able to demonstrate experience in research related to lobor, employment, youth, and entrepreneurship.

Preferably, organisational / group of researchers having local team either in NTT and NTB
Proven experiences in development works related to private sector, access to market, disaster risk management, and climate change resilience
Previous experiences in producing a high-quality research report in both Indonesian and English in a plain and approachable text, demonstrating excellent analytical and communication skills.
Extensive networks of private sectors and government actors, especially in targeted locations;
Ability to deliver a high-quality product in a timely manner;

Submission of Proposal
Submission of tenders should be made by email to the address indicated below, by specifying on the Cover page title “ICDRC Private Sector and Market Assessment.”The tender proposals should include at least the following:

Preliminary research framework based on the ToR consists of: suggested criteria and relevant questions for the research and information on the data collection methodology Timeline for the research with clear details concerning the work to be executed, and specifying interim deliverable.
Detailed budget
Research team description: composition, leadership and curriculum vitae of all members
An example of research report produced by the research team or research lead in English and/or Indonesian (or valid hyperlinks to online published papers, reports) and evaluation of the work done by research team/partner if available.Place and deadline for submission of tenders: Tenders should be submitted in English by email to hrjakarta@oxfam.org.uk.
The deadline for submission of tenders is 14 February 2019.
