Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Coordinator
DAI is seeking an ICT Coordinator for a 5-year USAID-funded project focused on providing technical support and institutional strengthening to help ASEAN achieve its goal of building a more inclusive, rules-based, and prosperous Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
Manage local network, including installing and maintaining connectivity, hardware maintenance, and all software, including but not limited to Microsoft 360 and Lotus/IBM Notes;
Maintain Microsoft Outlook email accounts, email lists, and shared folder access for all staff and confidentiality of all passwords and other restricted information;
Quickly respond to problems or interruptions in network access and help project staff with computer-related problems, requests, and/or questions;
Assist with the maintenance of effective inventory of IT and communication equipment;
Provide assistance in the procurement and evaluation of all IT technical goods and services;
· Work with DAI ICT specialists to propose new and innovative tools for data collection, management, visualization, sharing, and analysis and support these processes;
· In collaboration with the program staff, ensure utility of data by customizing cloud-based dashboards, maps, and visualization tools that enable sharing and decision-making
· Support the Program Manager to oversee and manage all project social media accounts;
· Assist the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist to develop innovative ways to collect and input data against performance indicators;
· Provide administrative support for project activities as requested and appropriate;
· Other duties as assigned by the Finance and Operations Manager.
The ICT Coordinator will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. S/he will report to the Finance and Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
· Four-year degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience/skills, including providing IT support, ideally to international NGOs and/or donor-funded projects;
· Minimum five (5) years of experience setting up and maintaining IT networks; preference for familiarity with DAI systems and procedures
· Expertise in administration and management of Microsoft Outlook and Lotus/IBM Notes platforms;
· In addition to proven foundation in management and maintenance of IT systems, strong professional interest in communications, social media platforms, and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning;
· Proven ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision;
· Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team and strong interest in professional growth;
· Written and spoken English language fluency required;
