Project Risk Management Specialist

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the World Bank have agreed on support for preparing and implementing the One Map program (5-years IBRD financing project) – (the “Project”), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as Project Risk Management Specialist.
PRM Specialist will be hired to develop strategic risk management and mitigation for the project; translate/bridge the process of system change from the current one with the existing system as a step to anticipate gap adjustment; identify and analyse project related problem; monitor the progress of the project in compliance with the SLA; provide advice on other related project risk management aspect; oversee the implementation of digital transformation until it is in accordance with the resulting roadmap; coordinate with ATR/BPN Team to ensure the smoothness of the project; provide capacity building to relevant ATR/BPN’s staffs on project planning and management aspect (with Pre-Assessment and Post Assessment Method). The position is extendable based on individual performance. The assignment is expected to start in July 2020, with possible renewable or extension subject to the needs and evaluation scheduled in the end of contract.
The Consultant shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:
a) Holding a bachelor degree in Project Management/Risk Management with more than 10-year experiences (advanced university degree in the area of Project Risk Management is preferable);
b) Having extensive experience in developing risk management and mitigation of a project at national and local level;
c) Having a profound understanding of PPP scheme;
d) Having experience working with government, private sector/Non-profit institution

The consultant team will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultant by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).
