Consultant for Video Motion Illustrator
Background
This year, FRMC runs a comprehensive content strategy prepared by the marketing communication team. The aim is to raise funds and public awareness. We will show profile of YSTC programs in various provinces in Indonesia in attractive communications packages. Through this marketing strategy, YSTC hopes to get a positive response from the public, especially donors who have joined YSTC while gaining more funding and new donors.
Personalized video proven boost our engagement to donors. Last year we deliver almost 31.000 personalized video to donors. By 2019, Yayasan Sayangi Tunas Cilik or Save the Children Indonesia (YSTC) have 27.000 individual donors. In order to appreciate donors and branding our existence in public, we need to create another personalized video. This video also important content to delight and appreciate new donor for the commitment. Collaboration with reputable video illustrator is needed to have strong visual output.
II. The objective of consultancy
Provide high quality video content (personalized, animation)
Content animation video can touch the hearts of donors, bring donor pride and feel valued.
Create content animation video and voice to provide excellence in all imagery created.

Expected Outputs:
All video files edited should be delivered according to the standards established by Save the Children and agreed with the consultant in accordance to the terms of reference for each assignment.
All assets used to produce the video, including project files, should be delivered in their entirety so the material can be updated, if needed, Marcomms Team after completion of the assignment
At the end of each project, the consultant should be available (by phone or email) for at least five business days to address questions or comments
All information pertaining to this project (documentary, audio, digital, cyber, project documents, etc) belonging to YSTC, which the Consultant may come into contact with in the performance of his/her, duties under this consultancy shall remain the property of YSTC who shall have exclusive rights over their use. Except for purposes of this assignment, the information shall not be disclosed to the public nor used in whatever without written permission of YSTC in line with the national and International Copyright Laws applicable.
VII. Qualification & Experiences
Production house 2-5 years related experience, preferably experienced in animation / motion content creation
Technical knowledge that include creative process in script, storyboard, production editing to final artwork.
Ability to prioritize work to ensure projects are completed on time in a cost-effective
Working knowledge of video animation and gif production.
Extensive knowledge of creative video creation for engagement
