What we are looking for

We are looking for consultant that is able to assist the Country Director of Oxfam in Indonesia in the Exploration of CSOs interested to become an Oxfam affiliate in Indonesia and come up with recommendations of the preferred and most viable option.  


Qualification of the consultancy

Can be an individual and/or a team

Should understand the civic space/national non-governmental organisations for both humanitarian and development work in Indonesia

Should understand the funding landscape for both international and domestic market in Indonesia

Should understand the policy and rules that regulate nonprofit organizations in Indonesia

Should understand the civic space and its agenda in Asia, particularly in the area of Economic Justice, Gender Justice, Humanitarian, Climate Change and Resilience, etc.

Should have expertise in organizational assessments and/or management experience in nonprofit organizations (particularly in conducting assessment on sustainable business models)

Should be able to communicate both in English and Bahasa with all stakeholders involved in the work

Should have strong network with various CSOs/NGOs and its Board of Directors members in Indonesia.
