Supporting the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) in Integration of JAGA

BACKGROUND
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has developed several channels to engage multi-stakeholders in its corruption prevention efforts. To date, there are thirteen publicly accessible channels, with seven channels managed under the Prevention Deputy of the KPK.
In 2019, the KPK has started to simplify its digitized information by integrating similar channels to JAGA that serves as KPK’s main platform to encourage participation, accountability, response, and transparency, both from the Government and the public.
The first integration of Korsupgah (Coordination and Supervision for Corruption Prevention) into JAGA was completed last year. KPK has also successfully integrated its other corruption prevention applications, such as e-LHKPN and Gratifikasi Online (GOL). Moreover, there are still numbers of corruption prevention programs that are in the process of integration into JAGA, including: Research and Development (Litbang), Strategi Nasional Pencegahan Korupsi (STRANAS PK), and Survei Penilaian Integritas (SPI).
In order to make JAGA as a comprehensive national corruption prevention information channel, the KPK plans to display the result of SPI in “Jendela Daerah” dashboard, alongside the existing MCP and other information, such as local government budget (APBD), Audit Board of Indonesia report (LHP BPK-RI), government and local government key performance report (LAKIP), corruption cases, and anti-corruption education report.
Since mid of 2020, USAID CEGAH has been supporting the KPK’s Prevention Deputy with communication strategy and video development to promote JAGA. Hence, CEGAH plans to continue its support to the KPK by providing experts (one expert in web development and one expert in apps development), to assist the KPK by performing and achieving the following:
SCOPE OF WORK:

Preventing corruption through JAGA platform.
B. Activities:
Integration of corruption prevention applications and program displayed in Jendela Daerah dashboard and pages on JAGA web and mobile apps, and accessible by the public, government agencies and the KPK of e-LHKPN, GOL, Litbang, STRANAS PK into JAGA (web and mobile), and

C. Qualifications
The corruption prevention applications and programs integration to JAGA will be implemented by 3 Front End Programmers and 1 Back End Programmers with the following qualifications:
*The KPK will provide a test for each applicant, if the applicants passed the administrative stage.
