Lowongan Data Entry for the Promoting Entrepreneurship and Digital Financial Services for Rural Youth Program - Jakarta

Background:

In partnership with a corporate foundation, Yayasan Mercy Corps Indonesia (YMCI) is implementing the Promoting Entrepreneurship and Digital Financial Services for Rural Youth Program in Malang and Tuban Regencies. This program aims to reach 1500 rural youth (at least 40% of whom are young women) to have increased capacities, connections and opportunities to grow their business or start a new business. To support the implementation of the program, YMCI is seeking two data entry to support the monitoring and evaluation activities of the program.

Purpose / Project Description:

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Training, Mentoring and Monitoring Coordinator, the data entry will be responsible to manage and to support monitoring and evaluation activities of the Promoting Entrepreneurship and Digital Financial Services for Rural Youth Program. This position will be based in YMCI office, Jakarta.

Project Activities:

The data entry will:

Support program monitoring and evaluation activities such as complete, cross-check the baseline data and data entry.
Assisting with outreach activities if needed.
Other tasks and projects as assigned.

Necessary Skills/Qualifications

Fresh graduates from any major, preferably in the Social, Political and Economic Studies.
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Ms. Word and Ms. Excel is required.
Creative and Tech Savvy.
Proactive, highly motivated and a self-starter. Proven record of strong performance working in teams (teamwork) as well as working independently.
Positive attitude in taking responsibilities and new activities.

Timeframe / Schedule: 

The data entry will deliver the tasks until the baseline been processed (approximately within a month).
