We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:
Position: Finance and Administration Officer
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Reports To: Finance & Administration Manager- Project HOPE Indonesia
Background: Project HOPE is a global health and humanitarian relief organization, providing lasting solutions to health problems with the mission of helping people to help themselves. We are registered as Yayasan (foundation) in Indonesia.
Main Scope of Works: Financial accounting, HR and Procurement.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A. Financial Accounting responsibilities:
- Make sure the completeness of financial documents
- Process payments (cash / bank payments)
- Assist in liaison with bank
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Update financial information and conduct data tracking systems
- Financial documents filing management (scan and hard copies)
- Conduct monthly financial reconciliation
- Involve in financial audits
- Assist with budget preparation and monthly financial projection
- Keep and maintain petty cash
B. Human Resources responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process
- Maintain personnel files in a well-organized system
- Coordinate with BPJS and health insurance company used by organization
- Maintain personnel database: vacation days, compensation time, sick leave, time sheets
- Maintain salary slips
C. Procurement responsibilities:
- Conduct process of procurement: equipment, supplies
- Maintain inventory register and physical inventory check (each quarter)
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in finance, accounting, tax, or other relevant field
with a minimum of 5 years of experience performing similar duties as Finance Officer or Accountant.
2. Working experience with international donor-funded project in Indonesia is an
advantage.
3. Hard working, diligent, well-organized, initiative, having high integration level and attention to detail is essential.
4. Excellent in Microsoft Office, Accounting Software Quickbooks, and Banking
System skills.
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Computer literacy particularly MS Office and Email
