SurfAid International is a non-profit organization working towards healthy and resilient communities in remote areas connected to us through surfing.

SurfAid’s EHOWU Program (Enhance Health of Women and Under Fives) works to increase the health status of mothers and children and the quality of health services; with gains sustained through income-generating activities in Nias, North Sumatera.


EHOWU program urgently needs M&E OFFICER, base in Nias.

Reporting to Sr. Program Manager, the M&E Officer works for program quality, proper monitoring and reporting as well as maintaining program database.  Working with the Program Team, he/she will conduct and coordinate the monitoring and evaluation activities are done according to plan and the agreed standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor degree from Statistics, Mathematics or Public Health

More than 4 years’ experience in Mother & Child Health, Water Sanitation, Economic Development or other community development or behavior change programs

Candidates with advance training in M&E are preferred

Willing to travel to remote areas with limited access
