1. Background
This year, the Corporate division is collaborating with partner companies to help disaster victims in Palu City, assisted by a team from Palu City. The aim is to raise funds and public awareness. We will display a video profile of the collaboration between STC and other companies which will later be used as a corporate division portfolio and can be shown to other companies as proof of the work of the corporate division.
The marketing communication team is responsible for providing high quality communication including plans, materials, messages and is responsible for working in other divisions to support the corporate division to maximize revenue. the corporate division needs to fulfill their KPIs by publishing collaborative videos between STC and interesting partner companies. We plan to produce videos on our disaster relief program in Palu City. We need the help of a videographer or video maker to produce videos with our content package.
II. The objective of consultancy
To collect visual interventions in activities carried out with P&G in the City of Palu, Central Sulawesi including the daily activities of beneficiaries and corporate divisions, Child Center activities and activities carried out jointly between Corporate divisions and partner companies.
III. Deliverables
1. Record video daily activities of beneficiaries and corporate divisions, Child Centre activities and activities carried out jointly between Corporate divisions and partner companies
2. Make a video that illustrates the success of the collaboration carried out by the corporate division together with partner companies.
3. Combining some video and image material that will later be made into one video portfolio for Corporate division.
IV. Scope of Work
The selected consultant agrees to do works as follow:
1. Briefing with YSTC team to develop consultancy detail plan.
2. Record video throughout visit activities in emergency response program Palu.
3. Develop content of video production following portfolio concept and purposes as well.
V. Proposed Timeline and working days (accumulative)
Accumulative 30 working days, from 19 November to 19 December 2019
VI. Expected Outputs:
1. All video files produced should be delivered according to the standards established by Save the Children and agreed with the consultant in accordance to the terms of reference for each assignment.
2. All assets used to produce the video, including project files, should be delivered in their entirety so the material can be updated, if needed, by the Save the Children Corporate and Marcomms Team after completion of the assignment
3. At the end of each project, the consultant should be available (by phone or email) for at least five business days to address questions or comments
VII. Competencies
Core Competencies:
* Interest in the Non-profit system and general knowledge of development issues
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Functional Competencies:
* Ability to edit broadcast quality video and audio: HD 1920x1080 or better
* Have Final Cut Pro X and/or Adobe Premiere editing skills
* Have Apple Motion or Adobe After Effects skills
* Have knowledge of different video formats and video file conversions
* Have knowledge of converting of video files from multiple formats
* Have online video publishing and file transfer skills
* Have sound mixing and mastering skills
