Lowongan Job Advertisement SurfAid International: Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer-NUSATANI

SurfAid International is a non-profit organization working towards healthy and resilient communities in remote areas connected to us through surfing.

SurfAid has secured funding for a 5 year Nutrition–Sensitive Agriculture (NSA) program called NUSATANI, to be implemented in Parado Sub-district, Bima District, NTB Province and Laboya Barat Sub-district, Sumba Barat District, NTT Province. Nutrition–Sensitive Agriculture is an approach that seeks to maximize agriculture’s contribution to positive nutrition outcomes.

Under supervision from NUSATANI Manager and in a close coordination with PLDM & Project Coordinators, MEAL Officer will:
1.    Develop, implement and maintain a NUSATANI’s MEALS into practical level.
2.    Manage qualitative and quantitative data/information and other program inputs.
3.    Provide information on the progress of the program compared to targets and objectives.
4.    Etc.

Requirement
1.    Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any relevant majors: statistics, economy, math or public health;
2.    At least 3 years’ experience of M&E in Development non-profit;
3.    Experience working in isolated islands/rural areas.
4.    Understanding of Bima & Sumba context would be a big advantage;
5.    Familiar with participatory approaches;
6.    Able to work independently.
