The Role
We are looking for Logistic Assistant with the following responsibilities:
Assist the Sr. logistic Officer to ensure that all newly purchased assets are recorded into the Asset System and make tag of the asset before they are issued to the end-user;
Assist the Sr. Logistic officer Ensure that all asset issuance, transfer and any other asset movements are recorded in the Asset Inventory System and all corresponding documentation files are properly updated and maintained;
Maintain up-to-date inventories and tracking systems for fast-moving goods and assets;
Support the Sr. Logistic officer in ensuring regular updating of the asset inventory of the mission;
Assist Sr.Logistic officer to consolidate assets every three months;
Assist the Sr. Logistic Officer in Office maintenance building.
What we are looking for
The logistic assistant position is open for fresh graduate from any relevant education backgrounds with computer literate, having negotiation skill, customer oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skill, and ability to write and speaking in English.
