FHI 360 MADANI Project Request for Proposals

Title: Request for Proposals: A Study on the Rise of Intolerance and Universal Access to Basic Public Services in Indonesia

To capture the dynamic interaction between the rise of social intolerance and access to public services, MADANI is issuing a request for proposal for a high-quality programmatic study to be carried out by an Indonesian research institute.

Issue Date: Monday April 20, 2020

Closing Date: Friday May 15, 2020 at 18:00 pm (Jakarta time)

Questions: Thursday April 30, 2020 at 10:00 am (Jakarta time)

Period of Performance: July-November 2020

Award Ceiling: Maximum IDR 500 million

The proposed study will provide an initial framework to understand how intolerance manifests itself at subnational level in Indonesia, its consequences for service delivery to citizen in general, and provide insights on how local civil society can counter these tendencies. This should be linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and the Government of Indonesia’s RPJMN.

Applications must be submitted using the Technical Application. Applicants should submit the Technical Application and budget to Procurement-Madani@fhi360.org by 18.00 pm (Jakarta time) on May 15, 2020. In the submission email, reference “Intolerance Study” in the subject line. 

Any questions concerning this scope of work should be submitted in writing to Procurement-madani@fhi360.org no later than April 30,  2020 at 10.00 am (Jakarta time). Answers to questions will be provided in writing.
