Pact is performing LINKAGES program activities in Indonesia.  LINKAGES program is planning to support its partners with computerized accounting system so partners’ financial management will be stronger.  Quickbooks was selected because of its reputation worldwide and commonly used in non-profit organizations.


Vendor will give quotation for services: 

Vendor will give quotation for services: 




1.      Quickbooks Accounting System

Procure Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2019 and set it up in users’ desktops (could be in a workshop)

5 licenses (possible to be extended to 10 licenses)

2.      Quickbooks User Training and Module

Give training to quickbooks users and provide training module to Pact.  Pact will assume all training/activity costs; vendor will only be giving training.

Training to minimum 12 people.  Vendor will recon only trainer fee and not the venue/activity costs.

3. After Sales Services

Vendor will give after sales services to up to 3 months after installation, to address issues arise from users on the use of quickbooks.


Quotation from vendor should valid for 6 months.


All the services will be provided under the overall direction of LINKAGES team. Day to day work will be overseen by the Grants Management team of LINKAGES. The successful candidate shall appoint a key focal point for communication purpose and shall be available during the contract period to respond to all the calls and queries of LINKAGES pertaining to services expected to be delivered. Reports shall be provided by vendor:

1.      Quickbooks procurement and installation - with all licenses and related documents

2.      Training report (narrative report)

3.      Training module

4.      After sales report – Final payment invoice

3.      Responsive / full compliance to requirements;

4.      The Company / Organization located in Jakarta
