Project Management Assistant (Consulting Services - Individual Consultant)

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has received loan from the World Bank toward the cost of Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for individual consultant service as Project Management Assistant.
Project Management Assistant will be hired to compile, review, analyze, synthesize and provide regular project’s progress reports, including the Project’s Monitoring and Evaluation indicators in 7 project provinces; support in the development of project reports, presentations and documents on technical, procurement, financial and administrative aspects; support in logistical arrangement, facilitate or coordinate activity; compile, maintain and present data in database on project related activities; responsible in preparing meetings, minutes of meetings and follow up with relevant stakeholders; perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the PMU Director. The engagement is initially expected for 4 months, and extendable based on needs. The assignment is expected to start in September 2020.
The Consultant shall have the following minimum qualifications and experiences:
a. Bachelor degree from reputable university (Master degree is preferable) in geodesy, geomatics, geography, planning, and/or other related fields;
b. Minimum 5 years of experience of practice in Government projects, development area or private commercial practice (particularly Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematik Lengkap or PTSL, land, spatial or IT related projects);
c. Experience in working with Government agencies, rural community and NGOs and experience in working for Government-funded project or World Bank/international agencies/other multilateral agencies – funded projects;
d. Excellent command in spoken and written in English and in Bahasa Indonesia;
e. Experience in Management Information System (MIS), database and MS Excel
f. Target oriented, willing to work long hours and travel to project sites and able to work independently under minimum supervision;

PMU of Program to Accelerate Agrarian Reform (One Map Project) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
The consultant team will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s
Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (current edition).
