USAID Mitra Kunci Request for Quotation_Professional Social Media Services

Professional Social Media Services

Developing inclusive workforce is a monumental work that needs to be told, talked about, and celebrated. In Mitra Kunci, a five-year inclusive workforce development program by the United States Agency of International Development (USAID), we believe in the importance of storytelling in promoting our works. We aim to create awareness and conversations on equality and inclusivity at the workplace, and our digital assets are among our channels to do so.

Since 2017, Mitra Kunci has been working to develop inclusive workforce in West Java, Central Java, and East Java, by targeting poor and vulnerable youth, including women and people with disabilities. In doing its works, Mitra Kunci had conducted its pilot phase in 2017 to 2019 and is currently in its full implementation phase, in coordination with Indonesia’s Ministry of Manpower and Ministry of Education and Culture as technical ministries. The implementation phase is done through developing employment and entrepreneurship initiatives using gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) and positive youth development (PYD) approaches. The approaches are being adopted by Mitra Kunci’s project implementers (PIs) and partners, which include non-governmental organization Saujana, Indonesia’s Employers’ Association (APINDO), and eleven higher education institution (HEI) partners across the program’s working area.

As it enters its fifth and final year, Mitra Kunci is looking forward to bringing our stories worth telling to engage the public in social media as well as paving the steps for the journey to self-reliance (J2SR), so that the program could build its legacy for a more inclusive workforce in Indonesia, one tweet at a time.
