II. PURPOSE OF THE JOB |
Under the supervision of the Deputy Executive Director, the Tax Consultant provides assistance to the organization in preparing 2020 annual tax report to the Tax Office, assist IBCWE in preparing the annual income tax of the staffs and give strategic advice to IBCWE on tax related issues.

III. JOB ILLUSTRATION |
1. Prepare the annual income tax 2020 (SPT Tahunan Badan 2020 untuk Perkumpulan) 2. Checking and reconciled the monthly income tax (SPT Masa) from January-December 2020 according to the law. 3. Checking and reconciled the PPh 23 for 2020 4. Assist IBCWE in preparing the personal income tax (PPh 21-pribadi) for all current employees and outgoing employees. 5. Provide strategic advice to IBCWE’s Management for tax related issues

IV. JOB QUALIFICATION |
Requirement | § At least hold Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting and Finance § Minimum 5 years experience in handling corporate tax, personal income tax, PPh 23 as well as VAT. Previous experience in handling corporate tax for a non-profit organization like Perkumpulan is an advantage § Hold Tax Brevet A & B certificate § Good understanding of computerized accounting systems

Personal Competencies | § Well organized; able to meet deadlines § Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills

We welcome tax consultancy firms and individual consultants to apply. Applications to be a service provider for the tax consultant, include:
A proposal that describes the proposed methodology and workplan for the financial data collection and process. The application should also include a list of prior clients, and CVs of staff who will conduct tax calculation, and a financial proposal.
The curriculum vitae for the lead consultant should include contact details for three referees, including a telephone number and email address.
