Yayasan ADRA Indonesia is an Agency of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The mission of the agency is to serve humanity so all may live as God intended. ADRA Indonesia belongs to the worldwide ADRA network, comprised of more than 120 supporting and implementing country offices.


Functions of role

The main role of Program Manager is to support Program Department in managing projects and to ensure projects management are comply with ADRA standards, policies and donors’ requirements.


Duties and Responsibilities

The Program Manager will work under the supervision and to support Program Director with the following tasks:

·       To provide direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with organizational values, principles and strategy.

·       Ensure projects implementation are comply with ADRA Indonesia policies, including Safety and Security, Gender, PSEA, feedback and complaint mechanism for community participation.

·       Support Emergency Response Coordinator following the activation of ADRA’s emergency management and response plan, including coordination in clusters meeting.

·       Work with Project Managers and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) Officer to deliver good quality of project reports, timely and comply with donor requirements.


Qualifications and Competencies Required

·       A bachelor or master degree in social science with proven working experience more than 5 years in project management.

·       Experience in managing projects with solid organizational skills including financial resources management, with good attention to detail and multitasking skills.

·       Demonstrate good knowledge of humanitarian principles and standards, including Gender, PSEA and Safety and Security.

·       Capable to communication with government senior officials, to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

·       Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.

·       Advance communication and written in English.
