The Habibie Center
The Habibie Center is currently seeking a Director for Program and Development (Direktur Program dan Pengembangan) to daily manage, innovatively build and strategically develop the Center’s programs. The Director for Program and Development has the responsibility of reporting to the Center’s Executive Director.
The Habibie Center (THC), based in Jakarta, was founded by the third Indonesian President, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Bacharuddin Jusuf Habibie, and family, as an independent, non-governmental, and non-profit think-tank on 10 November 1999. As its vision, The Habibie Center intends to promote modernization and democratization based on the morality and integrity of sound cultural and religious values.
Qualification:
· Demonstrated experience working and collaborating with diverse national and international stakeholders, governmental and non-governmental ones.
· Demonstrated understanding, skill and successful experience of managing, developing and supervising programs.
· Demonstrated understanding, skill and successful experience of social entrepreneurship and program fund-raising.
· Demonstrated ability and skill to effectively interact and communicate as well as collaborate with diverse partners and broader segments of society.
· A minimum of Master’s Degree or higher in relevant disciplines with the vision and broader activities of The Habibie Center.
· Not more than 40 years old.
· Five or more years of related experience.
· Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
· A self-motivated, enthusiastic, integrated and visionary figure.
