Headquartered in Jakarta, Habitat Indonesia began operating in Indonesia in 1997 and by these achievements, for 24 years Habitat for Humanity Indonesia take part in contributing to community development and construction development in Indonesia by serving more than 160,000 families in 17 provinces. 
Aside from housing, Habitat Indonesia also participates in providing clean water and better sanitation system, as well as renovating and building schools. Families and individuals in need of a hand up partner with Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place they can call home. Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Through financial support, volunteering or adding a voice to support affordable housing, everyone can help families achieve the strength, stability and self-reliance they need to build better lives for themselves. Habitat Indonesia is seeking the expertise of a Senior Operation Manager to undertake activities develop and manage the overall program implementation in Indonesia which is implemented by all Project Areas and Clusters. And ensure the achievement of the Habitat Indonesia program as outlined in the Key Performance Indicators-KPI in achieving the vision and mission of Habitat for Humanity. 

SENIOR OPERATION MANAGER (SOM) 

Key Responsibilities: 
1. Development, contextualization and dissemination of national programs to be implemented at the regional/cluster/project level, so that the vision and mission of HFH in Indonesia can be achieved; by ensuring aspects of community empowerment, intervention and values formation that are holistic; 
2. Development of systems and SOPs that can be used as references and implemented at the program operational level, so that program efficiency, effectiveness and productivity can be achieved; 
3. Planning, monitoring and evaluating programs so that the annual targets as outlined in the Key Performance Indicators can be achieved; 
4. Support of the National Office in the regional/cluster/project in terms of increasing the ability of staff to carry out the assigned tasks and responsibilities, other support to improve performance in the program sector; 
5. Management of the program division at the National Office; 
6. Reporting activities, achievements, lessons learned and best practices on a regular basis in the field of programs at the national scope; 
7. Provide support to other divisions related to the program; 
8. Representing HFH Indonesia in relation to the program to related parties. 

Qualification: 
1. Minimum Bachelor degree from a recognized university or civil engineering or architecture 
2. Have a minimum of 10-15 years work experience in the related field; 
3. Have a minimum of 5 years work experience at senior managerial level; 
4. Have strong leadership and teamwork skills; 
5. Able to work effectively, innovatively and independently; 
6. Have an understanding related to community empowerment and poverty problems in general; 
7. Have a basic understanding of basic management and finance; 
8. Fluent in English orally and in writing; 
9. Have good communication skills at the target community group level; 
10. Able to travel over 30% to site in Indonesia extensively.
