The EU SHARE Programme is seeking an experienced consultant for the role of Strategic Communications and Engagement Adviser.
The successful candidate will contribute to closely integrate and coordinate communications and public engagement across the programme. Successful performance in this role will require proven advanced communications, campaigns and management skills, with at least 5 years of experience designing and delivering complex, high-value communications strategies, combined with a diverse skillset that can also contribute to policy engagement. The consultant will have proven experience in successfully establishing and managing collaborative relationships and partnerships to enhance programme communication as well as very strong analytical and conceptual thinking, excellent English writing skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise fashion and an excellent grasp of the evolving ASEAN media environment.
