YCAB Foundation is the founding and flagship organization in YCAB Social Enterprise Group. Established in 1999, YCAB believes in the power of education to improve welfare. Our vision is to see a thriving world where youth and mothers are empowered through love, hope, and opportunity to be liberated from generational poverty in sustainable ways. YCAB is now exploring ways to implement the last link in its change model, that is, to create a sustainable system whereby students who graduate and become entrepreneurs or employed can pay it forward. They do this by giving back or investing in a mutual fund to help grow and scale YCAB’s mission-driven microfinance so that YCAB can empower even more youths to take control of their own destiny.

Currently, YCAB Foundation has a vacancy in the management position as Program Operation Supervisor. The following describes the position responsibilities and preferable skills will be an advantage. PROGRAM OPERATION SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of learning and teaching in YCAB Foundation Learning Center, and put in place appropriate initiatives developments;
- Oversee the day-to-day YCAB Foundation Learning Center operations and ensure students meet their learning objectives;
- Oversee the implementation of learning center report, including financial and budgeting report, and have strategic manpower planning;
- Manage the teachers to provide guidance and counseling services to students on their academic and vocational training and offer assistance with behavioral modification programs;
- Ensure that the framework for staff appraisal and student’s progress report is conducted and reported periodically;
- Ensure that all the training programs are applicable for student’s future and encourage them to be self-reliant youth who is ready to work or to be entrepreneurship;
- Able to see an opportunity to develop learning center program, by thinking strategically about business that can be provided from vocational training output;
- Collaborate with teachers, parents and students to promote the learning center and to provide the best education for each student;
- Encourage all the team to engage in continued professional development to benefit their own learning and to support students' development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Education, Management, Social Science or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years working experience as School Principal/Program Operation or other related fields;
- Having experience in social organizations and other relevant organizations is an advantage.;
- Have knowledge in school administration, curriculum development, program evaluation, staff development, and school improvement;
- Have strong leadership skills and the ability to create a supportive working environment for the team;
- Preferably have knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship;
- Advanced in planning and organizing;
- Skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions;
- Passionate about education and youth empowerment;
- Trustworthy, reliable, and have the ability to work under pressure;
- Have desire to make a positive contribution in the growth and development of the society and the ability to understand others.
