YCAB Foundation is the founding and flagship organization in YCAB Social Enterprise Group. Established in 1999, YCAB believes in the power of education to improve welfare. Our vision is to see a thriving world where youth and mothers are empowered through love, hope, and opportunity to be liberated from generational poverty in sustainable ways. YCAB is now exploring ways to implement the last link in its change model, that is, to create a sustainable system whereby students who graduate and become entrepreneurs or employed can pay it forward. They do this by giving back or investing in a mutual fund to help grow and scale YCAB’s mission-driven microfinance so that YCAB can empower even more youths to take control of their own destiny.
YCAB Foundation is a group of like-minded people who are serious and passionate about making the world a better place. Currently, YCAB Foundation has a vacancy in the management position as Project Manager.

[Project Manager]
Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, all major;
- Having a minimum 2 years of experience in the field of project management, especially in social intervention programs;
- Ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams;
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English;
- Able to provide mentoring;
- Able to build relationships, perform facilitation, and be persuasive;
- Have good communication skills;
- Computer skills include: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office 365);
- Have good leadership skills and problem solver.
Requirements:
- Actively coordinate with the partnership team to support project planning and development process;
- Ensure that the monitoring and the evaluating process is carried out for measuring project outcomes;
- Building relationships between internal departments and external stakeholders within the project scope to support the project strategy;
- Develop a project work plan, supervise its implementation and ensure quality and compliance with plans with standards organizations and partners;
- Lead the project team in various project initiatives to maximize impact.
