Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or more degree in finance
• 5 years experience in finance in INGO/large multifunctional organization.
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CCAB)
• Knowledge in AX system
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial matters to non-financial managers.
• Ability to supervise finance staff in multiple and remote locations.
• Good computer literacy skills.
• Experience in budgeting & Budget-tracking.
Personal Qualities:
• Good communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
• Able to work on own initiative and able to be flexible.
• Able to analyze and solve problems from complex information and make an informed decision.
