Skills for Competitiveness (S4C) The
S4C-Project is implemented by the Swiss Foundation for Technical Cooperation
(Swisscontact), the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH-CDC) and the
Association for Swiss International Technical Connection (SITECO) working in
close collaboration with the Agency for Industrial Human Resource Development
(AIHRD) of the Ministry of Industry (MoI) and Directorate General of
Vocational Education (DGVE) of the Ministry of Education and Culture (MOEC).
Through the strengthening of Polytechnic institutes (Polys) in selected
sectors and geographic locations and the improvement of structures and
services at the interface between Polys and industry to improve quality and
relevance of the overall dVET system in Indonesia. |

Authority & Responsibility

· Liaise,
negotiate, plan, implement, and monitor activities with private sector
companies, chamber of commerce/associations, polytechnic schools, government
ministries/agencies, with a focus on Sulawesi area. · Actively and
regularly visit and engage private sector to involve in dual VET. · Enable
knowledge-sharing and peer learning among dVET key stakeholders. · Monitor and
evaluate overall progress in achievement results. · Reporting of
performance and results, providing regular activity reports to Program
Manager (PM) and Technical Advisors (TA). · Assist the PM and
TA in preparing relevant reports. |

Requirements

· Relevant working
experience in dual Vocational Education and Training (dVET) in a company
and/or with an association or chamber (KADIN) · Knowledge of the
Indonesian dVET landscape, policies, and stakeholders · Ability to
consult and advice private sector on dVET and its implementation (structured
internships, apprenticeships) · Strong
communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia · Desirable:
