MEMBERSHIP ACTIVATION SPECIALIST

The Membership Activation Specialist manages and implements marketing projects/initiatives and manages project resources proactively for Membership Program. S/he works within the framework of positioning, platform and voice of the organization’s marketing objectives to meet stakeholders’ needs. S/he works closely with various constituents such as department staff, field offices, program consultants, venue management, event organizers and vendors to manage all phases of projects. S/he may work within budgets to minimize expenses, maximize revenue, and meet quality control standards. S/he may use software systems to track and analyze program results, report findings, and liaise with organization marketing manager to implement strategic recommendations.

Duties include:
Develop marketing campaign for Membership program (internal and external).
Manages and coordinate routine events for Membership program as part as acquisition and retention.
Develop plan for engaging influencers for Membership program campaign.
Engage with media for media partnership event for Membership program.
Keeps up to date on membership market trends and best practices in order to improve services.
Manage donor stewardship (monthly newsletter, videos, podcast, etc.) and continuously identifies voice of customers and fundraisers (surveys, FGD, etc.)

The Membership Activation Specialist reports to the Head of Membership and is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5 years’ related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience cultivating and managing client/customer relationships.
Experience writing, editing and proofreading.
Experience organizing and coordinating multiple projects.
Experience in venue management and identifying productive venues.
Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.
Be persuasive and persistent.
Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people.
