II. Project Context

Program Peduli was extended from November 2019 - September 2020, during this period it was an effort of the Program to reach out especially for young people in voicing social inclusion. With a short duration and mirrored from the experience of the caring program, the deficiencies that have arisen in the implementation of the program are the product of knowledge generated during the mentoring process.

Partnerships through the Program Peduli have made various efforts to raise knowledge products owned by the community, such as the results of the baseline, photo stories, then field experience, to study and regeneration modules that are arranged to raise the knowledge of the caring program. In addition, the Partnership has repeatedly carried out capacity building partners, ranging from training for communities, facilitators, even to partners in the regions.

These activities which will extend through this extension period will be tried to be harvested in the form of knowledge which will further encourage the social inclusion movement in Indonesia.

In this extension, besides the demands of the program, there are also budget limitations that need to be anticipated with some appropriate strategies. There are several strategies that have been carried out, namely: providing mini grants to partners who have good assessments during program implementation, as well as continuing to reach the location of customary pillars by recruiting facilitators who will coordinate with the community, local government and the Partnership. For this reason, the need for finance officers is very necessary in the future implementation of the program. In carrying out the task of Program Manager will be under the program manager to support Peduli Team.

III. Scope of Work

Summary of Functions:

Ø  Support the Program Manager in carrying out tasks relating specifically to program coordination, including supporting effective working relationships between the Partnership, PMU and implementing partners/CSOs. This will also include supporting the field facilitator in organizing and scheduling meetings, as required.

Ø  Support the Program Manager in carrying out functions in relation to the selected implementing partners to support the realization of project activities, including providing support for the management of financial resources allocated, maintaining accounting systems that contain records and controls sufficient to ensure the accuracy and reliability of project financial information and reporting.

Ø  Support the Program Manager on the preparation, planning, and implementation of Program Peduli

Ø  Support the Project Manager regarding reporting of project progress (including financial status)

Ø  Conduct monitoring of project activities, including through field visits, to assess overall project implementation with respect to project objectives, outputs, indicators and, when necessary, suggest corrective measures to be undertaken and reported to the Program Manager;

Ø  Provide support on accounting systems that contain records and controls sufficient to ensure the accuracy and reliability of project financial information and reporting, which will ultimately be reported to donors;

Ø  Provide support in reviewing proposals from the local partners and implementing partners’ project proposals;

Ø  Provide support and technic assistance for field facilitator to implement the program.


IV. Impact of Results

Ø  Proper implementation Program Peduli;

Ø  On time delivery and accuracy of project financial report


V. Supervision and Payment

Ø  The Project Officer will be directly responsible to Program Manajer of Program Peduli.

Ø  The Project Officer payment will be done monthly.

VII. Recruitment Qualifications

Education: Minimum Bachelor level qualification (S1) all majors be prefered in social science, law, and anthropology.

Experience: At least 1 (one) year of professional experience in implementing Program Peduli.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
