PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT FOR FA MASA AND SUBE HUTER COOPERATIVES
16 MARCH – 15 APRIL 2020
Lutheran World Relief is seeking a national consultant to help two cooperatives in Bajawa and Maumere to prepare their financial support proposal. This position will need to be travel to Bajawa and Maumere to get information with cooperatives’ management and prepare proposal as per provided format.
The deliverable for this assignment is to submit one proposal for each cooperative along with supporting document requested by financial institution
This position will be hired from March 16 to April 15, 2020. The consultant will work at the maximum 22 days, including travel time.
The consultant will get lumpsum payment, where LWR will not cover any other cost related to the consultation assignment, including but not limited to: transportation to and from Maumere, accommodation, meeting package/meals with cooperative management and any other related cost.

The consultant should have minimum requirement as follow:
1. Live in Flores
2. Understand local culture
3. At least 3 years’ experience in proposal writing
4. Demonstrated good knowledge on coffee and cocoa
5. Experience in improving cooperative capacity
6. Knowledge in business planning and funding cycle
7. Good communication and facilitating skills
8. Good writing skill in English
