Technical Support Assistant for MEAL
HBCC Project for Jakarta and West Java
Scope of Work
1. DESCRIPTION
HBCC- Hygiene and Behavior Change Coalition- is an interactive messaging and behavior change communication to prepare and equip children and families to adopt and sustain behaviors which will reduce their health risk, specifically hand washing with soap. HBCC aims to prevent spread of COVID-19 among children, caregivers, their families, and the wider communities and to build resilience from future outbreaks in West Java and in Jakarta. SC Indonesia will uphold critical implementation strategies to ensure high participation, increase community empowerment and building on local capacity to secure ownership to response activities.
HBCC will be assisted 40 school and nearest Puskesmas (20 in West Bandung District and 20 in North Jakarta) to support the school prepare children back to school safely. HBCC need to complete several Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities during August to December 2020, including manage beneficiaries data and conducting phone interview/survey to support monitoring process, manage complaint and feedback data as part of the accountability mechanism, and support online training as well as other MEAL activities for the program; Thus, we need to hire daily workers to support those mentioned activities.
2. OBJECTIVES OF THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT
The Technical Support Assistant will be required to work in Bandung, starting from August 2020 - 31 October 2020, with the cover area West Bandung District and North Jakarta to support program activities and administrative.
3. THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT HAS AGREED TO:

Handling Complain & Feedback Database
Phone Interview as needed

5. TIME FRAME
The hired person as Technical Support Assistant for MEAL will work during three months, last from August- 31 October 2020, with the maximum days 20 days/months during the time frame
6. REPORTING LINE.
Report will be submitted to and agreed by HBCC MEAL Officer, maximal 1 weeks after the activity.
