YCAB Foundation is the founding and flagship organization in YCAB Social Enterprise Group. Established in 1999, YCAB believes in the power of education to improve welfare. Our vision is to see a thriving world where youth and mothers are empowered through love, hope, and opportunity to be liberated from generational poverty in sustainable ways. YCAB is now exploring ways to implement the last link in its change model, that is, to create a sustainable system whereby students who graduate and become entrepreneurs or employed can pay it forward. They do this by giving back or investing in a mutual fund to help grow and scale YCAB’s mission-driven microfinance so that YCAB can empower even more youths to take control of their own destiny.  

 

YCAB Foundation is a group of like-minded people who are serious and passionate about making the world a better place. Currently, YCAB Foundation has a vacancy in the management position as Partnership Executive.

 [Partnership Executive]  

 

Responsibilities:  

 

  1. Identify market opportunities and develop products in accordance with market needs also show YCAB Foundation differentiation;  
  2. Source new partners and execute exciting partnership solutions;  
  3. Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with the organization;  
  4. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners;  
  5. Coordinate with relevant departments to run programs;  
  6. Create proposals and reports for partners;  
  7. Create events to engage partners and raise funds;  
  8. Develop crowdfunding strategies to create engaging campaigns;  
  9. Develop business development strategy and business development plans with associated targets.  

 

Requirements:  

 

  1. Bachelor, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field;  
  2. Having a minimum of 4 years of proven working experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships;  
  3. Excellent copy and content writing design and editing (photo/video/text);  
  4. Highly goal-oriented, high initiative, assertive, and a hands-on, problem-solver;  
  5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;  
  6. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;  
  7. Fluent in written and verbal English.
