Scope of position:
DNetwork is looking for a Project Coordinator to be part of the team to implement and support the running and growth of the organization by taking ownership and reaching DNetwork’s mission, targets, and goals. The selected candidate will be working with a small team and a small-scale project, with a vision to scale and have more impact.
Job Description:
Organization’s Branding:
Managing, strategizing, and overseeing the presence and branding of DNetwork online and offline.
Working with production house to maintain the website and to improve the performance and functionality of the website
General assistance and content productions for the effective management of social media which includes creating contents and managing social media platforms
Monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of the communication and branding strategy
Data management and monitoring and evaluation (Monev)
Database management, which include data collection, processing, and analysis
Designing program’s monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement tools
Provide report for program’s evaluation and impact and come up with suggestion for further improvements
Managing and organizing the folders used by all the team members
Project Management
Assisting and supporting the overall project management started from identification of opportunities, planning, implementation, until the monitoring and evaluation
Together with the team working to find opportunities for inclusive work or business development support for the People with Disabilities
Assisting the team to process training, employment, or business development opportunities for the People with Disabilities
Identifying, building relationship, and create partnerships for programs
Together with Project Manager looking for potential grants and creating proposals and reports for programs.
Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the organization’s
Participation in discussions and forums on behalf of DNetwork either on-line or in person
Making sure that the program implemented is aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and core mission
Requirements:
Minimum university Degree in management, business administration, communication, or a related area
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role preferably with background of the non-profit sector
Having experience working in the disability sector a plus
Effective communicator both verbally and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Confident, presentable, and dynamic personality
Strong analytical skills, critical thinker and problem solver
Excellent organizational skills
Computer and digital literate (Microsoft and Google document products)
Familiar and able to operate and produce contents for website and social media
Familiar with design tools (minimum Canva)
Familiar with database collection, processing, and analysis
A team player and a problem solver who is also able to work independently

Based at the Annika Linden Centre, Tohpati, Denpasar, Bali
To start immediately
Working in a small team based in Indonesia with international connections
Salary negotiable based on experience
