YAPPIKA-ActionAid invites competent, experienced and committed professionals to fill the following positions:

Donor Relation Officer

The focus of the position will be responsible to welcome all new donor’s in YAPPIKA-ActionAid and make sure they will get standard welcome program from YAPPIKA-ActionAid and also need to ensure fast response for donor inquire or donor information.

The post reports to    :  Donor Retention Coordinator
Work with                 :  Donor Care Officer, Donor Database and Analysis, F2F Team

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  1. Responsible to welcome and verify all new donor’s data and make sure they will get standard welcome process from YAPPIKA-ActionAid.
  2. Responsible for day to day management of donor database and communication to maintain their loyalty.
  3. Daily verification process (phone or SMS) to YAPPIKA-ActionAid’ donors.
  4. Answer incoming call from donors on behalf of YAPPIKA-ActionAid.
  5. Responsible to follow up detail by phone or other communication types for YAPPIKA-ActionAid’s donors.
  6. Manage donor services all media (email, social media, telephone) and compile donor cancelation, down grade and upgrade data.
  7. Responsible to run telephone campaigns or telemarketing to maximize revenue from active donors (special appeal and upgrade donation).
  8. Implement donor retention strategy that leads by the Donor Retention Coordinator.
  9. Responsible to follow up potential and follow up all donor that rejected or fail in authorization/verification process.
  10. Collecting stories from programs in the field if any to support the development of retention materials.
  11. As part of the retention unit, responsible for donor servicing work, such as receiving incoming call on behalf of YAPPIKA-ActionAid and others donor services work.
  12. Generate report for all of donor relation related programs based on the key performance indicator (KPI) mandated from the line up management, including creating report of follow up reject and update progress.
  13. Support the implementation of a suitable donor journey together with team and involve working on internal administration.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE

1.   Bachelor (Marketing / Communications / Business Administration or related field).
2.   Excellent verbal communication.
3.   English language skill both in written and oral is preferable.
4.   Ability to work independently without direct supervision
5.   Mature and organized, with an attention to detail.
6.   Customer service and relationship building experience.
7.   Computer skills: Microsoft Office, internet and email.
8.   Have 2 year experience in Costumer Care Work or in Call Center area or in telemarketing.
9.   Familiar with data management and Donor Database system will be an advantage.
10. Have some experiences in working for an international NGO.
