Currently, Yayasan KNCV Indonesia is looking for a:
Medical Content Writer
Duty Station: DKI Jakarta
Medical Content Writer will work together with the Technical and Communications Team to identify, develop, and edit the content delivered to audiences. This position is responsible for developing new content for printed, web, and other communication platforms using evidence-informed standards in health literacy. In this role, s/he will also provide input on visual media projects including video, photography, illustrations, and graphics. Additional responsibilities include conducting literature reviews; developing surveys; interviewing subject matter experts, patients, and/or family members; writing content and adapting information for use across delivery platforms; and implementing best practices in health communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Manage, develop, write, and be responsible for health content in Yayasan KNCV Indonesia social media platforms
· Responding to the questions related to health in KNCV Indonesia Foundation social media platforms
· Planning content for each month and providing the summary at the end of the month
· Writing content related to TB topics, general health issues, and various other trending health content for social media and websites
· Create 15 – 20 health content per month
· Review articles written by content writer and suggest changes as necessary
· Together with Communications Team, evaluate digital content and its impact on social media
· Collaborate with content writers and digital marketing communications to ensure medical content and campaigns are in line with the strategy and the needs of audiences
Qualifications and Competencies:
1. Educational Qualification:
· Medical Doctor/Officer preferably with NGO background.
2. Competencies and skills:
· Experienced in creating health and medical content
· Having a content portfolio
· Digital & technology savvy
· Have strong organizational and time management skills
· Strong people management skills, with a collaborative mindset
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
· Fluent in English
