About Edufarmers International Foundation
Edufarmers International Foundation is a non-profit organization with a vision to improve the four pillars of food security, namely the availability, sustainability, access, and utilization of food. In the downstream, Edufarmers focuses on reducing stunting rate in Indonesia, such as
- Develop stunting eradication program through through specific and sensitive interventions such as providing daily egg consumption for children under 5 years old and pregnant women, training for health extension services (kader posyandu), and developing community-led layer farming business at the village level to sustain egg production and consumption for the community.
- Create technology platform for beneficiaries and program operators (to make program operations more effective and efficient) and for wider audiens that enable them to make donations, do volunteering, and provide other contributions.
- Partner with various organizations to implement the program across Indonesia.
- Raise awareness and educate people about stunting and other related issues through website and social media.
We are currently looking for a Head of Stunting Program and Operations to lead the stunting program division in Edufarmers.

Mission
To create the best, accountable, and trusted organization and platform for stunting reduction program in Indonesia through 1) programs and operational excellence to provide solutions that increase nutrition intake of targeted beneficiaries and improve positive behavior of parents and children to prevent and reduce stunting, 2) best-in-class technology platform, and 3) marketing and donation scheme that can drive people to participate in stunting-reduction efforts.
Responsibilities
Setup the operations to run the program alongside the platform/technology.
- Create business planning and budgeting template/model.
- Build process, SOP, and flow connecting ops with platform/tech.
- Setup monitoring and evaluation framework and dashboard for the program.
- Assessment to select areas and appropriate interventions, setup operations in the new area, and lead the filed ops team.
Work with tech provider to develop the platform/technology (app, website) that can monitor child development, induce positive behavior change among parents, and allow people to donate and monitor the outomes of their donations.

Develop the ecosystem (partnership, donation/fundraising schemes, marketing) that raise awareness on stunting issues and allow the people/corporates/other organizations to donate/contribute to beneficiaries through our program.
- Lead the marketing team to raise the awareness of stunting issues through website and social media.
- Develop B2C partnership, donation, and fundraising schemes.
Requirements
Requirement And Qualifications :
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, management, social development, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of professional experience in business development & operations, product management, and partnership.
- Have a track record in successfully leading a project from the design phase to the implementation phase and achieving the target.
